ICT with Mrs Gibson
During the week my class (room 23) year 7 go to ICT with Mrs Gibson. For ICT we have to make a map of an imaginary holiday that we go on were we have unlimited money. The things we have to include are the price of the things that we do, were we went and how long we were there. We have to use Google maps to show were we went. We have to put a little pin point on the place were we went and then writ a brief description of want we did and how much it costs.
Maggi Kitchen Showdown
The Maggi kitchen showdown is a competition were your school has four people and the have to cook a meal for two adults and two children. From our school we have Havannah, Abbie, Michael and Sophie.
If you win you get to go on the Erin Simpson show and cook your meal and if you win that you get $5,000. so hopefully they will make the cut.

Exposition
Exposition: The Advantages of Soccer
It helps you get fit and is a great past time, it makes you new friends and is a fun and exciting game- but what are some other advantages of soccer well I'm here to tell you.
Soccer- also know as "football" or " the beautiful game" was created in 1868 and ever since then people have been getting fit having a really good time and doing some thing that they enjoy. but how dose it get you fit? well the answer is quit simple its pure exercises and fitness.
if you have seen some of the people that play soccer in the European leagues you would know that they can run for miles and don't get tired easily. Christiano Ronald, Dimitar Berbatov and other amazing players like them have the most amazing skills they must practise a whole lot to get to were they are now.
Soccer is a very intense sport, as i have learned from experience, that makes it really fun and exciting. some other advantages of soccer are that you help your aiming skills by trying to kick a ball away from the goalie. you can also learn to rely on every other part pf your body not just your hands.
you can boost your self-esteem by trying to get the ball off someone. there are lots of skills you can practise like juggling and headers, you don,t even need very much space to do it, and like i was saying before practice makes perfect.
you can also get faster by running after the ball. you can play 5 a side, 7 a side or 11 a side. the positions on the Field are defence, goalie, midfield and striker. lots of people say that the " glamour position" is striker.
this is because they are the people that score the most goals. this is because they are the people that score the most goals. i personally like defence and goalie, if we didn't do our job properly the other team would score plenty of goals.
it is an interesting time to be a soccer supporter. our own kiwi all whites have qualified for the FIFA world cap in south Africa. the last time they qualified was in 1982, so come on a support the all whites!!
this is a really fun and exciting past time and is a great sport. it is a great way to get you and you parents involved in a sport so come on and give it a go.

Teach Interviews
In week4 I had my teach interview with my mum and Mr Wally. I had to play the ukulele for my mother and I did quite well and Mr Wally said I was a joy to have in class. He also said that I should take up the ukulele as an interment to play in my spare time. So I think I will take up playing the ukulele so I have things to do after school.
